Paul Paisner

Founder and CEO-Paul founded Door to Door Dental in 2003 after owning a medical supply company for 30 years. He has been a local and national panelist discussing the importance of infection control and long-term purchasing during COVID. He has always shown that customer service is at the heart of the organization. When he is not unloading a truck or delivering a case of gloves, he can be found sitting on the beach with his wife or playing with one of his many grandchildren.

Richard Paisner

V.P. Purchasing, Sales, and H.R.-Rich joined Door to Door Dental in 2016 after several years opening new major markets for Zipcar. Rich’s responsibilities include all aspects of the purchasing, Human resources, and Sales. You can find Rich either working on a spreadsheet or hanging with his family.

Kevin Duffy

V.P. of Finance-Kevin has been with Door to Door Dental since 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of the financial system. Kevin can recall what a customer ordered in 2005 just as easily as who pitched for the Red Sox in the third game of the ALDS. When Kevin isn’t in the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, pets or rooting for any Boston sports team.

Simon O'Leary

V.P. of Operations and Kit Production-Simon joined Door to Door Dental in 2014 after spending several decades supporting and overseeing computer networks for various New England health and human service organizations. Simon is responsible for operations systems and IT support at Door to Door.

Rosa Rinaldi

Director of Kit production-Rosa joined Door to Door Dental in 2015. Rosa’s responsibility at Door to Door Dental focus on overseeing the kit production team and program. She is responsible for the day-to-day output of the department. Rosa, when not in the office, can be found roaming all over the South Shore looking for a BINGO game with her little dog, Missy nipping at her heels.

Erik Tenczar

Director of Sales-Erik came to Door to Door Dental in 2005. His responsibilities at Door to Door include, sales forecasting, customer service and A.R. Erik enters every office with a smile on his face and box in his hand. When he isn’t meeting with customers, he is likely chasing his children around a field or getting ready for a Patriots game.
