Door to Door Dental strives to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction. We also recognize occasionally this goal is not met and will work in a fair and equitable manner to resolve any issues causing dissatisfaction. Any resolution MUST be fair to both the customer AND Door to Door Dental.
The following conditions apply to any return request:
· To use our return policy your account must be current.
· If a return is needed, we must be notified within 30 days of the sales and an RMA number requested. Upon receipt of your request, we will issue an RMA number if warranted.
· The product being returned must be in original packaging, new, unopened and in a resalable condition.
· The RMA number must be visible on the return label, and we must receive the product being returned at our facility within 7 days of the RMA number being issued.
· All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was made by Door to Door Dental.
· After receipt and inspection of returned product any credits due as a result of the return will be issued in a timely fashion within 5 business days.
